On the altar of science the military industrial compex technocrats have forgotten magick and alchemy in their mindless greed for power and control.
Cap'n Kittens and I were talking on the Boulder Mall about how we are allowed to protest because it doesn't change anything. I thought that protests only vent emotions, like the millions who marched around the world before Bush invaded Iraq. This caused so small an effect around any real change. If we really wanted to transform things, we'd walk away from the same old debate and go play, create new art and real underground alternative ways of co-existing in a brand new community. Maybe if enough young people were dreamers and the militaristic arm of the present technosphere cycle violently cut them down because it threatens their monopoly on war, greed, sterile productions of capitalistic/communistic/fascist gains, maybe then some hardened hearts would be touched by the youth seeking change, to be so committed to change that they'd sacrifice their lives, join a rock band, become a gypsy, or go homeless rather than buy into the system! Like at Tiananmen Square protests and Massacre of 1989 in China.

As technomages we are dedicated to transforming the biosphere of Gaia and the Planetary Consciousness of all species on Terra Firma.

Another alternative would be to bring harmony to technology and environmental arts. It's a shame Al Gore can only reach people about the problems of the environment if he is onstage with a rock band, like Smashing Pumpkins, just to raise the consciousness around how pollution is breaking down the ecosphere. Although the music is good, like protests, it will bring no lasting change and probably no debate in the same old, same old upcoming elections. Maybe the candidates of all parties ought to be forced to speak to audiences who disagree with them, instead of preaching to the choir!
It is dreams and magick, two ingredients always there, that will bring about a new art of tRaNcEFoRmAtIoN and change.

Liber 31
Frater Achad

Charles Stanfield Jones discovery of the key in the Book of the Law. This caused Aleister Crowley to rightly proclaim him the Child spoken of in Liber AL vel Legis, and change the name of Liber L to Liber AL vel Legis.

Frater Achad made his discovery when the Sun entered Liber, SUN-da7 September 22nd, 1918 (eve of Mabon, the Fall Equinox).

This discovery began to unfold with his initiation June 21st, 1916. Achad was fully convinced he had attained the Great Illumination that evening, around 9 pm in North Vancouver, British Columbia, where he attained the Grade of 10=1 (although he refused to claim it because his teacher, Therion, was still at grade of 9-2). But to me this fulfills the record of the child going where the prophet was not able to attain yet.

Through his visions he discovered the secret of the reversal of things, the reflection, which I have incorporated in my discover (discovered also separately before I read of Achad’s work) of the Revision Process, and my subsequent Kundalini mystical experience and my 388 Initiation. These led to my discovery of the 4 new gematria in the Book of the Law, THEMANIFSOU, HADT, NUTH, ABRA.

Discoveries of the True Key of the Grades:
10=1 Mystery of which is that SELFLESSNESS is SELF
9=2 CHANGE is STABILITY
8=3 SORROW is JOY

In his vision he attained the source of the universe where, in silence and stillness, reordered and transformed the universe, as was prepared for the child who was to fulfill the prophecies.

31 + 31 = 62 (one less is 61, the number of AIN, Not, as the Jews call it).

AL = All
LA = Not

The secret name of the ineffiable, when we breath, inhale and exhale:

Thus, in my opinion the prophecy was complete, the grades were abolished, and there were no grades anymore, accept for the Lover, the Hermit, the Man of Earth.
Achad chose Magus for the Lover, Hermit (symbolized by Yod) and the Universe as Man of Earth.

The House of God: BETH-EL (which fits with the Masonic versions).

There are various verses and proofs in Liber AL vel Legis that Achad uses to explain his formula, worth looking into. It suggests a magickal formula that is very important. I use it in mircrocosm when I do tarot readings for folks, by asking them to shuffle the cards while clearing their mind and not thinking of any question. Antero Alli uses another form of this with his entering into NO-FORM, when casting a sacred space, sacred circle.
